Living in Crownsville offers residents a suburban rural mix feel. In Crownsville, there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Crownsville and the public school are above average.

GLEN BURNIE

Glen Burnie, once a small mining town, is a modern suburb located just 10 miles south of Baltimore. Glen Burnie boasts similar attractions and small businesses that can be found in most city suburbs. The town offers unique retail and dining options to accompany its diverse atmosphere.

ARNOLD

There are many benefits to living in Arnold MD such as all the parks in the area, jogging trails, shopping and other things to do. Living in Arnold MD gives you easy access to major cities such as Annapolis, Washington DC, and Baltimore.

DAVIDSONVILLE

Davidsonville is a solid community, with many things to recommend it as a family-friendly place to live. Davidsonville is also nautical, which attracts visitors and locals who come to enjoy the scenery and various waterfront activities.

SEVERNA PARK

Severna Park is a highly desirable area for those commuting to Annapolis, DC or Baltimore. There are many benefits to living in Severna Park MD including access to the B&A Trail, multiple malls close by and plenty of things to do in the area.

Crofton was rated one of the best areas to live in all of Anne Arundel County. Residents here have easy access to everything they need from a big city without sacrificing the small-town lifestyle.

EDGEWATER

A suburb to the southwest of Annapolis, Edgewater has a tight-knit community feel. Edgewater is in high demand for families who want to live close to Annapolis, but it is also an excellent location to move to for a short commute to Baltimore and Washington, DC.

SHADY SIDE

Among the historic structures in Shady Side is the Capt. Salem Avery House, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. 

Shady Side was once served by the side-wheel passenger steamerEmma Giles, that operated from Baltimore, making up to five trips per week.

CENTREVILE

The Town of Centreville is the county seat and located in the center of Queen Anne’s County (hence the name Centreville). It is the home of many historical sites, specialty shops, and unique restaurants. The Town is located at the head of navigation of the Corsica River, a tributary of the Chester River.

STEVENSVILLE

Stevensville, also known as Kent Island, is one of the best places to live in Maryland. Originally founded in 1850 as a steamboat terminal, the town still has about 100 historic standing structures dating back to its earliest days. Living in Stevensville 

offers residents a rural feel, but it is also a somewhat coastal town.

QUEENSTOWN

Queenstown - the little town on the water - has evolved throughout time but remains quaint and charming. One of the larger attractions in town is the Queenstown Premium Outlets Mall, located directly off of Routes 50 and 301. The outlets are home to over 65 stores and bring in a large portion of business from travelers passing by.

EASTON

Easton, “the 8th Best Small Town in America,” is an arts and cultural center filled with people who love living in a small town. It offers the best of many worlds with access to large metropolitan areas like Baltimore, Annapolis, Washington, and Wilmington.

ST. MICHAEL'S

St. Michaels is a picturesque harbor on Maryland's Eastern Shore and was named as one of the Top 10 Best Small Coastal Towns in America by USA Today. Its harbor and some homes date back to the mid-1600's, and is home to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum where you can immerse yourself in our maritime history.

TRAPPE

With a population of just over 1,000 and an area of just under 3 square miles, Trappe is one of Talbot County's smaller towns — but it has an outsized history. A vacation in Trappe is a quiet escape that isn't without its charms.  Town history has it that Trappe got its start as a crossroads hamlet in the mid-1700s.
